Waddington mist

Last year we went on a trip to climb Mount Waddington in British Columbia, Canada. We didn’t get to the summit, but we had a lot of fun trying.

This shot was taken on the second day blazing a trail from our base camp up the Bravo glacier. We’d start at midnight and aim to get the hell off the thing before dawn – when the sun became unbearably hot and the crevasses began to open up.

This was the final stop before the last 30-minute dash to the tents.
