The helicopter buzzed the cliff a couple of times as we were climbing Stairway to Heaven on Beinn an Dòthaidh near Bridge of Orchy. It’s best not to wave at rescue helicopters in case they think you need rescuing.
But nothing says “don’t worry about me, I’m fine” better than whipping your camera out…
