Sunlit flank

I had a great day out in Glen Coe on Sunday with Matt, who directed BBC Four’s Munro: Mountain Man.

We climbed Sron na Lairig, a nice grade II ridge on Stob Coire Sgreamhach and then traversed over the top and down the Beinn Fhada ridge.

A lovely day out in early season conditions and we didn’t see a soul.

This shot of the south-west ridge of Stob Dubh from Beinn Fhada, Glen Coe, was taken with my new Canon G11, which has a useful long reach for landscape shots.
