A second picture from Gordon Brown’s visit to BBC Scotland during the election campaign (Here’s the first).
The then prime minister was answering questions on a live phone-in broadcast by Radio 4, and was sat in a Glasgow radio studio entirely on his own.
He listened to each question incredibly intently, often scribbling notes.
There was very little light in the studio and I was shooting through the soundproof glass, so I had to push the aperture to F1.8 and use ISO 800 to get a high enough shutter speed.
It’s situations like this where my little Nikon standard lens comes in very handy.
